Age in Days stores your theme preference in browser local storage so the interface can remember light or dark mode. This is optional to the calculator itself and can be changed at any time.

What we do not store for cookies

We do not use cookies as part of date calculations.
We do not keep your date inputs in a server-side cookie store.
Calculator inputs are not written to permanent server logs via cookies.

Browser-local behavior

If your browser clears local storage or uses private/incognito mode, the theme preference is reset. The main calculator experience continues because values are entered directly in each session.

Third-party services

Some third-party services may rely on their own cookies if and when ad delivery is enabled in the future. At this stage, the site is maintained to remain useful without visible ad placements.

Clear your stored data

To reset stored preferences, open your browser settings and clear local storage or site data for www.ageindays.net. If that is difficult, use the theme toggle to switch between themes and continue normally.
